Terms Of Service

1. You may not use artwork commissioned from or gifted by me to promote hateful content or views, including but not limited to, homophobia, transphobia, racism, misogyny, pedophilia, necrophilia, etc.

2. You may not use artwork commissioned from or gifted by me for commercial use, unless a specific license is explicitly written and approved. Likewise you may not make any form of profit off of the artwork.

3. As the artist, I reserve full rights to the artwork, and not to the character(s) depicted therein, including for use as a portfolio piece or promotion of my own commissions and social media.

4. You may not trace, edit, remove the signature of, or otherwise modify or claim ownership of any artwork commissioned from or gifted by me.

5. You may NOT use and/or upload my art into any AI engines.

These Terms of Service are effective June 9th, 2022, 12 :00 AM EDT .
